WinSCP Portable v4.1.9 is an open source of a versatile SFTP, FTP and SCP client for transferring files that integrates with PuTTY Portable.

This new release updates WinSCP to the current release, adds Windows 7 support, adds Traditional Chinese and has a new multilingual installer. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format for easy use from any portable device and integration with the PortableApps.com Suite. And it's open source and completely free.
